Promenade Dance Academy offers Pilates classes by certified Stott Pilates instructors.
This class develops a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises that tone muscles, improve posture, and provide flexibility and balance, with a strong emphasis on core stability.
Promenade Dance Academy is happy to now offer two cardio-dance programs: ZUMBA® and Dance Aerobics.
The Zumba® class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Ditch the workout - join the party!
Our Dance Aerobics class is a more traditional cardio workout using various dance styles including jazz and hip hop.
Promenade Dance Academy also offers 45-minute S T R E T C H class that will increase your range of motion and decrease muscle tension. You won't believe the results 'til you try it!
